I'm Back!

Hi to all my ole friends of OH and to all you new friends. I have been away for months! Update- lost down to 149lb, was good! Now have gained back to 160. Working with doc on new depression meds. Makes me gain. Also doing a refresher diet with doc. Trying to get in 130 grs of protein and lots of water. For those of you from couple of years ago, I am Marla from Tampa/Zephyrhills. Good to be back MiMi20 Dr Murr 275/149/160....149 soon!!
