Paula, Jean Cauley just posted under Amy's post, that she made a reservation at the Double Tree and they told her they had no Conference listed as being there? I'll be in Orlando on Wednesday to check for the Meet & Greet. Mike

That sounds like a great deal. I'm bringing the family, so they can lounge by the pool while I'm at the conference. I had hoped to stay at the doubletree only because it looks cool & my kiddies would love it, if it's twice as much..no thank you... How far is this from the the doubletree? like walking distance? Also what is the hours of the event? ~Thank You

Hi Julie The Best Western is across the street from the DT Castle. Definitely walking distance but it is a big street. The conference usually goes from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Friday night we have an informal Meet & Greet before the conference begins. I hope to see you there. Paula
