CRUISE TO LOSE!

Don't miss out on the opportunity to meet and cruise with your fellow OH'ers and other WLS patients! We're planning a fun and informative week onboard Royal Caribbean's Mariner of the Seas departing from Port Canaveral, Florida (30 minutes east of Orlando) on Sunday, September 30th, sailing to the Eastern Caribbean. During our Cruise to Lose, the Morton Plant Hospital Bariatric Team (including three surgeons, two of whom have done fellowships at the Cleveland Clinic, a bariatric coordinator, nutritionist and nurse practitioner) will be conducting information sessions and seminars as well as support group meetings to meet the needs of those who are pre-op, post-op and those considering weight loss surgery. Friends and family members are welcome and encouraged to join us as well! A deposit of $250 per person (or $500 per cabin) is due April 15th.
