Wow, great, have FUN!!! I'ts been 16 years since going to Disney and Universal, so I imagine things has changed, alot! I was to Epcot, Disney's Animal Kingdom, and MGM, six and seven years ago. So I can't quote on the rides. Again, Have FUN!

Hi Rhonda : ) I go with my kids all the time now that I have had surgery. I weigh 226 and wear a size 22, not sure if that gives you an idea of my size very well ?? but I fit on the stuff at Dr. Suess land, I fit on the Jimmy Neutron ride though that bar was a little snug but not uncomfortable. Jaws is on a boat so its a long boat bench style seating, Fear Factor show which is cool you sit on bleachers, Barney show is on bleacher style seating. I hope this helps a little bit and have a wonderful time there : ) Hugs Margo Marie

I am jealous !!! I wanna go ! I would steer clear (ha-ha) of the race cars...also if you are going to ride the teacups you may have to maneuver around a little bit since the handle - steery thing is in the middle...it's doaable but you have to contort a little bit For the most part I think that things are "big girl" friendly! Have a ball!

Here's a little known fact. The last time I went to Universal studios I wanted to go on the rollercoasters, such as the incredible hulk and dueling dragons but I was afraid I wouldn't fit. I asked the ride attendants and found out that they have certain rows which have larger seating for their larger clientel. Just tell them and they will make sure you get in the row with the larger seats. I don't know whether or not they do this in Disney but it wouldn't hurt to ask. I do have one suggestion, you should go see cirque de solei in downtown disney, the show is just amazing, and buy the cheaper seats they're actually better than the ones close to the stage because so much happens in the air. Have fun

Awesome weight loss! Congrats to you! Like everyone said, the rollercoasters have the bars that come down in front. Just ask the attendants at the rides and they can let you know a weight limit if there is any. Hope you have lots of fun!

Hi Rhonda, I wasn't going to reply because I'm not an official Floridian yet, but I go to WDW at least once a year and we are moving to the Orlando area this summer. When we were there in Dec., I was at my largest ever...5'8" 320 pounds and a tight size 26. That trip was 10 days before my WLS. I was able to go on every ride. There is a website called Allears.net. You can find a section on larger sizes. It has helped aleviate my fears in the past. I am sure at the size you are at now, you will have no problems! I am a Disney purest so I can't tell you how things are at Universal, but once we move there, I'll have to give it a try. Have a great time!!!!! Erica
