Gainesville area support group

I had emailed the contact person listed in the OH Support Groups section about 2 weeks ago, and have had no response. Does anyone know when and where the Gainesville support group is held?

Stephanie, my name is Hugh Gibson and I had surgery on jan 15th. The support group met tonight from 7pm to 830pm. Here is the information you requested for future gastric bypass and Lap band surgery support group meetings. First the meeting are held at: North Florida Regional Medical Center on Newberry road, in the conference room in Tower 3 or 3rd Floor from 7pm to 830pm the third Wednesday of each month. I'm so glad to know there is a local group started up. Perhaps I'll see you guys at the next meeting. I am pre-op. Don't have a surgery date scheduled yet, but my eval appointment with Dr Cendan is May 16th. My psych eval is next Monday and I'm curious to see what that is going to be like. Marney
