Jenifer, Welcome to the OH Florida Forum and the Journey for a new Heathier Life. You'll soon be on the train to loserville. Check out the March 2007 Forum for others having WLS during March. Each month & year has their own group to stay in touch with. I'm 9 & 1/2 months out and doing great having lost 171 pounds already but 150-200 more to go. So if you need suggestions don't hesitate to ask. No question is too dumb as we've all been or will be there. But do remember to not hesotate to ask your surgeon's office too. Good Luck, Mike
