plastic surgeon recommendation?

I want to get a breast lift and arm lift. I live in South Florida and besides Dr. Shuster and Dr. Revis are there any other surgeons anyone recommends for these procedures in the tri-county area? Has anyone ever used Dr. Myron Persoff in Miami? If anyone has had any experiences with Dr. Revis and/or Dr. Shuster, I would love to hear about that as well. Thanks!
