Hey Mike! Happy Valentines Day to you as well even though it is past now. I hope you had a good one. My hubby and I celebrated our 10th anniversary on Valentines day. His gift from me -a bowl of potato salad. I think that was pretty good for me being 1 wk. postop. He enjoyed it! No I hadn't thought ahead and already bought a nice gift for him. We don't really spend a lot on Valentines day or our anniversary. Just that we are together is usually enough well except for the two years in a row that we were mad at each other on Valentines Day. LOL! He sent me two vases of really pretty petite roses in assorted colors. They smell wonderful! We have a neighbor who is a widow and she stopped by so I pulled some out of the vase and gave them to her and then my granddaughter came by so I gave her a few and her Mom a couple. No he didn't get upset He enjoyed that I was sharing them with everyone. Well anyway tell me Mike how long I am supposed to be really sore? I am moving a lot better but I am still so sore. I am walking but I have to hold my incision area if I walk very far. And I am having problems with the protein. It all tastes YUCK! Even the Unjury taste bad to me. I'm still looking for one I can stand. The fruity ones and the nectar are way too sweet. Maybe I can water it down some and get it down. Gonna get going!
