josh is conscious and know he has medicalissue doctor are trying to wean him off of the ventilator when not on it he is breathing 100% on his own but it rapid still on dialysis every other day doctor are optimistic his kidney are healing as he put out more urine asking for prayer fr his emotional state through all this as he has a long and hard road ahead of him
