looking for a wsl buddy/friend or in tallahassee area???

my job recently transferred me to the tallahassee area. i am 3 months out had lap rny on 9-26-06. looking for someone to talk to and help support the right things and maybe even exercise with sometimes. or if anyones knows of a support group that meets here. please just looking for some support.

Alicia, I had a lap RNY on 04-26-06. I live in the Chipley area and work in Panama City which is about 80-90 miles away. I would be happy to talk any time and to give you any support I can. Alicia, Welcome to Tallahassee! We have several support options in Tally-town. The hospital (Tallahassee Memorial Regional Medical Center) has a Bariatric Center that has support group meetings once a month and are free & open to everyone. We also have a YahooGroup ([email protected]) that meets twice a month and is also free & open to everyone regardless of surgeon or surgery type. In order to receive our e-mail messages & meeting reminders you'll need to go to Yahoo and join our YahooGroup (free).
