help..in processing my first appeal letter.............

Which insurance company are you appealing? FYI, you have a finite number of appeals. Some comanies give you two, some only one (and then you have to go before a state review board for the second). Your best bet is to really, really drive home the medical necessity facts of your case. I wrote a good appeal, but did not sway Aetna. I hired Walter and Kelley Lindtsrom at obesitylaw.com - they are wonderful. Their appeal package was incredible. Kristen

I have Aetna..and I have contact OBesitylaw..and they are way out of my price range...i am not able to afford their fees...if you can assist i am so grateful to you I have 2 appeals per Aetna....my chances are great due to my co-morbidities...help...and god bless..thank you xoxoxox
