Hi! I'm Chris - Barb AKA QBANDIVA's son. I'll be 21 in Jan and mom's asking me to consider this site and some sort of medical help for my obesity. I'm posting because of her. Can anyone share their experience?

Hi Lexa--In order for someone to get the full picture of what has changed for you--you need to post a real BEFORE picture. Congratulations- I am really so happy for you!

LOL--Charlie always did it for me. There are directions somewhere I will see if I can find them. Do you get notices when someone responds to your post on this board? I do not. That is why I ask.

Hey Chris--You are too funny--us Moms, we worry about our kids. I'm an old lady--my kids are your age, so my experience won't help you much. I just know that I wish I had made the choice to do something 10 years before. I tried every diet in the world and kept losing and regaining. There is a forum on here for people in their 20's http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/wls_in_your_20s/ As you know--the decisions have to come from you. If this is something you are interested in--I would strongly consider the lap-band procedure. Good luck to you.
