2 years later??

I was wondering,I'am 2years after,Do i still half to have 75 proteins to lose I was down to 178 and now 208 i have about 400 to 600 calories aday some times 50 proteins help to get to 165 thanks

thats not enough calories.... yes you need 75 grams of protien for the rest of your life

Cerise there's nothing posted on your profile to see what you've been doing or are doing now. What is your food intake now? You probably need to get bacjk to just the Basics again. Only eat proteins and drink zero calorie beverages. I take in at least 90 grams of protein everyday. And what are you doing for exercising? Your most likely not eating enough, thus your body is storing any extra calories for later use. Thus your gaining weight. Let us know and please eveyone asking questions, fill out your profiles so we may understand your situations better. Mike

Hey thanks so much for the Info,I'am a pet sitter,i just had anough time to do this much on line I had remember my Dr,. said to do this if u ever gret stuck,.I will grab my books and look at basics again ,thanks soooo much for helping I will do a Profile soon thanks i have went down from 320 to 209 though i was 178,I'am not a sneak eater 80),I do walk alot of pets though looks like not anough(i liked your picture thanks Cerise
