Accepting medicaid. Its all I have and no money. But I am so depressed all the time and I am tired of hearing I am fat and would love to have the surgrey done but every door has been close to me and I can't finance because my husband left me owing all the bills so there went my credit. The Bureau of Managed Health Care is responsible for the approval and monitoring of all Medicaid HMO contracts in the state. Bureau staff conduct desk and on-site reviews throughout the year to ensure contract compliance.
