Ocala/Tampa FL Doctors..Anyone use Dr. Jawad?

Hi..I'm in the process of researching LapBand surgery. Has anyone been to Dr. Jawad for your surgery? Do you have any recommendations of other doctors in the Ocala/Tampa area?? I'd love any info if anyone has had a good experience with a doctor in this area. Thanks!! Wispee

Dr Jawad was my surgeon for RNY.. He's absolutely the best. His aftercare program is wonderful, and his staff is top notch. Feel free to ask me anything!

Hi Wispee!!! I had the LAP-BAND done by Dr. Jawad. He did an awesome job. With the help of Kevin, his right hand, who does my aftercare and fills, I have sucessfully lost over 50 pounds since July 28th. Choosing to have WLS is the hard part.....but the most important part is to have a capable, well informed, well versed surgeon who will do everything possible to prevent complications. Dr. Jawad is AWESOME!! I had RNY Aug 2005 lost 178 lbs. have not had one complication. Hi Wispee I too had Dr Jawad do my surgery on Oct 25th of this year. Im just out almost 2 weeks. He is wonderful, patient and cares about you and just you when you need him he is there , when you call him he calls you back in minutes. I would only use him. You will see when you meet him.
