Have you tried the Viactiv chews? You can get them just about anywhere vitamins are sold. They are for adults. I use the chocolate flavored, and they are chewy and taste better than the Flintstones There is also a calcium chew , but it is carbonate, so if you go that rout you will need to eat food with it. Ask your Dr. first but at 3 weeks out I was not allowed any pills.

Mix the liquid vitamins in something for now, like a fruit smoothie or something. I would not use viactiv, as they have sugar in them and that will cause you to dump. Also, I don't think they are a very quality vitamin, and vitamins are something we just should not skimp on, for us, its a matter of life. My profile has some vit information on it, because I had the same problem. I think the flinstones are junkie vitamins too. Just not high enough and good enough for our malabsorption needs. Encouragement.....this will pass. You will be able to find something to work, just keep experimenting till you get something in. Ilove the vista vitamins at bariatric eating.com. They are easy to swallow and packed with good stuff, and made for bariatric patients. My labs have been great. I know how you feel, hugs to you....it will get better. blessings, Tami
