OT:car shopping
Hi Alexa,
I have to go car shopping too, I think I am gonna go to Rick Case over in Weston, off I-75 and take a look. They have really good deals up till midnight tomorrow. I have my heart set on a hybrid vehicle though. We will see what they can dig up. You look AWESOME by the way. Now you look like a little girl.

Hey Alexa - Do you really need such a big car?
Think it through. I own a Chevy Blazer ( a little smaller version of the trailblazer) and I can tell you with the price of gas, I'm almost working to fill it constantly.
I would suggest a list of pros/con
Do you transport alot of people? Do you have a need to move things? Large Shopping? Is your work far away from home?
Try to look up the info on car and driver or kelly blue book.com
I love my suv but It's limiting me lately in terms of driving for pleasure due to the gas guzzling effect.
Good luck and let us know what you end up getting.

hey girly... how are you feeling? ok ok ok .... i know a trail blazer is big... but im now terrified to drive a little car... a motercyle totaled mine... i know i know... get my big girl panties on... yes i do usually have 2 teenage boys in my car.... or my girlfriends kids who are in car seats with me... i had an explorer before... and loved it... i think my fear its getting the best of me..
Alexa - I'm better - sore as hell- but get this I HAVE AN APPETITE!!!! and and and.... Dr R wants me to PUT ON WEIGHT - ain't that a ***** Isn't that what got me in trouble in the first place!!!
OK I understand the need for a safer car ( I went from a mustang to the Blazer) - Why don't you go to Consumer Report and check out the reviews on mid size SUVs....
Jeep liberty, Honda Pilot, CRV, - much more efficient!
Good Luck!

I'm home!!!!
Like I told Alexa - I'm sore but I am feel so much better - it's kind of hard to discribe since I have bene feeling like death warmed over since 8/31.
I'm walking daily to get myself back into the swing of things and I go back to Dr Rosenthal on the 10th and then I should be able to go back to work on the 13th.
Now on my to do list:
Horseback riding
A Round of Golf
Bowling
eating a meal without upchucking......
and the list goes on and on and on!!!!!
Happy Halloween!

Alexa,
Hey there. That is exciting to get a new car! I drive a Suburban and I love it except for the gas situation. When gas prices were over $3/gallon it costs over $100 to fill up my tank (40gal tank)so I had to cut way back on my pleasure driving too, which I love to do. My son drives a Tahoe and it is almost as bad on gas as my Suburban. If I were looking I would definitely keep gas mileage in mind. I can understand the safety issues too.
Someday I will be thin enough that I won't have to drive one of the biggest vehicles on the market. LOL!
Take care and have fun shopping!
