WOW!!! Thank you all so much for your advise. I really appreciate all of you helping me feel better. I am doing better at the fluids still not quite where I need to be. But I will continue to work at it.

oh girlfriend, you are just fine!!! My average loss was 2 lbs a week. Sometimes we lose fast, sometimes slow, we stall, we go up, then opps down again. The key is changing our habits, using this as a tool, exercising, changing from the inside out all the while this tool is changing us on the outside in!!
THE FIRST six months are your greatest window. Just get your protein in, water, vitamins, and eat what you can, don't force it. It will get better.
