I had my surgery oct third. I am hungry also. In fact last night i wanted to eat iwas fighting myself between eating or not eating. I kept telling myself this is JUST a tool. It is not a cure and I have to change my habits or i will not be successful. I gave into the hunger and i ate two tsp of cottage cheese and a piece of cheese. Not happy i did this but before surgery it would of been alot more food than that. But, i do still have to fight the battle of wanting to eat late at night or snacking in between meals. I know i have to win the battle or not be successful. Good luck to you.
Michele took the words right out of my mouth. I keep a teaspoon of cottage cheese next to my bed. The PA that works with my surgeon suggested that one. When I wake up in the middle of the night I will drink alot of water, wait 15 minutes then eat my little bit. It gives me energy and helps me through the night. Brian from California
