Protein Exchange in Orlando

Hello! I just wanted to let you that the Orlando-area support group, WOCF, is having our first protein excahgne tomorrow evening (10/12) at 7:00 PM at the Herndon Library at 4324 East Colonial Drive in Orlando. The goal is to help you get rid of some of those yucky protein shakes, bars, etc. and perhaps find some great new products, recipes, and ideas. Keep in mind that resources are extremely limited in the library setting, so if you require milk, water, or a blender to prepare those items ahead of time.
