first kick boxing class today
I am so proud of myself. A trainer at the gym today told me that I was slimming down. I walked on the tredmill 30 minutes using a forest walk program. I then did the kick boxing class afterwards. I felt so good. Before August 14th. My fat ass would have been out of breathe. I was soaked in sweat. My kids tell me "mommy you dont have that big stomach anymore". Finally I can see some results. I slacked off a little bit last week. I think I'm losing about 10 pounds a week now. Can't wait to reach my first 100 pounds down.
