Hi! I am not one of the people *****quested this info but I'm nosey so I read it anyway! LOL! I wanted to say Thank you for posting this. I am still preop and it is nice to have this list to help make healthier choices! I am going to try to print it and if I can I am going to keep it in my purse and my car for handy reference.
