Altamonte Meet & Greet

Don't forget next Saturday, Oct 7th @ 11:30am - 1:30pm, we will be getting together in the Altamonte Mall Foodcourt to catch up and meet some new friends from the FL board. Please encourage new people to join us, including those who are pre-surgery. Bring your before pics and any WLS-friendly recipes that you can share with Ruby. She is putting together a WLS suitable recipe book and needs some recipes! Look for the balloon cluster and remember this is casual, informal and open to ANYone in the process and their family and friends. Hope to see you there! Amy

Hello Amy, I am very happy to see you've been doing soooo well! I've been doing good myself. We have so much to talk about and I'll be attending the meet & greet that originated back in Altamonte.
