ok so if i need 1900 calories to maintain... why the heck at 1000 calories am i not losing.... and i started working out 3x a week.... mabye my body thinks its starving... i dunno

Yes....highly, highly possibly that's it. Too drastic of a cut especially when adding exercise. Maybe 1500 with workout. Sarah
