Congratulations on getting approval. I posted early that I was back to work in 3 weeks with Dr Overcash. If you have no problems, he'll release you back to work after you get the staples out on your first visit with him after your surgery. Good luck and have a great time on the journey. It has been worth it! I am almost 14 months post-op and would do it all over again and have Dr Overcash as my surgeon. We don't always see eye to eye but he is a fantastic surgeon and my surgery lasted 20 minutes. He is efficent and fast, but very thorough. You're in good hands! Lori 293/187.5/135

Congratulations! I am so happy for you! I remember that feeling of hearing I was approved what a rush! I will hit my year mark November 21st and I haven't regretted the surgery one bit. I went from 233 day of surgery down to my current weight 126 and I am 5'1. I would love to get to 120 but at this time I am a size 6 from a 20 so who CARES! LOL I am so happy for you!
