BC/BS FL Info

I had my insurance packet faxed over on Sept. 13th.by Dr. Overcash's office. I called the customer service person and they told me they dont show reciept of it. I then called Patrice from Dr. O's office who contacted BC/BS to learn that they are NOW going paperless so items being faxed go directly into this new system. BUT.......it was occuring around the 13th so my stuff only made it 1/2 way. She refaxed all of it today- - again. Anyway this was my version of trying to give the heads up to anyone going through BC/BS around that time frame they may want to or have their surgeon make a follow up call regarding the reciept of paperwork.
