Oct 7th Altamonte Meet and Greet

Just a reminder there will be a casual OH.com Florida board M&G on Sat, 10/07 @ 1130am - 130pm in the Altamonte Mall Foodcourt. Please stop by and say hello. Look for the balloons to identify the tables. Ruby Robinson is looking for WLS-friendly recipes for a book she is putting together so if you have something to share, please bring a copy of your recipe with you for her or better yet, bring us all a sample . Remember this is very casual and open to anyone (pre or post-op), come and go as you like. It is also a great way to share success, struggles and suggestions. Feel free to bring family and friends! So glad to see that you FL folks, which I am one of now , do this. We did this monthly while I lived in GA. In fact, I just returned to GA 2 weekends ago for our (I'm still considering myself a GA board member) monthly get together. I was wondering if the folks from the FL board did this too. I can't wait to be able to join you all for one of these. Coming from Jax, unfortunately I won't be able to make this one.... I will be in Orlando that weekend, but not until Sunday for my nephews school play. And November is already reserved for my GA group. I hope that as a newcomer back to FL and your group, that I can make as many good friends as I have in GA. Hugs, Susan
