I don't know so much about popsicles. But the no sugar added fudgsicles are the BOMB!!!!!! There is a definite difference in the no sugar added ones, and the sugar free. The sugar free were blechhhhhhhh! So, if you look for a no sugar added popsicle, and find them, I'm sure they'll be good. In my humble opinion LOL. Take care and good luck! Jeanne in Miami

Thank you!!! I just confuse about the side effects of the sugar alcohols ("sit" in the digestive tract and can cause gas, cramping and diarrhea) something I am not looking for I will check the ones you are talking about !!! Thank you again GBY Ángeles

I am pretty sensative to sugar alcohols and I find that the popsicle brand of s/f pops do not give me any problems. This even when I eat a lot. Splenda doesn't bother me like maltitol or sorbitol do. Be careful of some of the no sugar added fruit pops as they may have much more calories than the other ones--but they really are yummy.
