Next Central FL Meet & Greet

I am planning the next Meet & Greet in Altamonte Springs in the Altamonte Mall foodcourt on Oct 7th @ 1130am - 130pm. This is open to anyone in the WLS process or those considering surgery and their family and friends. It is a VERY casual (come and go as you like) gathering of some of us from this board. If you are post-op, please bring your "Before" pics or anything you would like to share with the group, like recipes, clothing, etc. Ruby Robinson is coordinating a cook book and has requested WLS-friendly recipess, so bring some if you have something to share with her.
