I need a doc in Central Florida

Can anyone advise what Doc does the lap band surgery in the CF area?

There is Keith Kim in Celebration(by disney), Overcash & Jwarld (sp wrong) in Ocalla & I beleieve his name is Michael Butler in Altamonte..... I might be wrong on his name, but I hear there is one in Altamonte. There is a Lou Harold in Orlando.. Hope this helps!!

The name I spelled wrong is Muhammad A. Jawad, M.D. He is in Ocalla as well as Dr Overcash.

I'm using Dr. Overcash in Ocala (352)368-2828. He and his office staff have been excellent.

There is one here in Leesburg but I cant remember his name. I need some advise on who to go to for the lapband surgery.

Hi Dawn, My husband and I live in Leesburg- there is no local Bariatric surgeon that I could find doing my research. Dr. Samuel Buns (sp?) USED to do GBS however he stopped. My friend works with him at LRMC and he did her RNY. He is a great surgeon. We chose Dr. Jawad- I met with another surgeon in Ocala first and some friends urged me to make an appointment with Dr. Jawad. I am so thankful to them!!!
