Does anyone know any eating plans to help post op weight loss? I haven't met with my nutrionist yet. I will see her on Thursday.

You had surgery a month ago and have no written eating plan?? Most tell you to eat protein first and then carbs in the from of veggies and maybe a little fruit, bu****ch out for fruit with seeds, especially early out. If you stay away from the simple carbs (pasta, rice, bread and potatoes) and sugar, you will keep your glycemic index steady, decrease any hunger you may feel and lose well. Remember though that your loss may slow and/or stop for a while like any other losing program. Don't worry about plateaus or stalls - these are normal and gives your body a chance to catch its breath. Hope you have been eating full fluids up until now! You need to give that pouch a chance to heal.
