First wow moment yesterday

Hello to everyone, I've been so busy havent spent much time on the computer. I'm usually at the gym. I got on the scale yesterday and to my suprise it said 288. I was in shock I called one of the girls to tell me what the scale read. She said "288". I can't believe it. I can't remember the last time I was under 300 pounds. 334 to 288 in 26 days thats wonderful. All my sorness from working out and lifting weights is paying off. I find that my skin under my arms are getting tighter from using the dumb bells. Can't wait to get to 200. My stomach is still big to me... I'm afraid to work on it yet. I don't want to be doing sit ups and break something.

Congrats, Rina! I just know how happy you are and proud, too. I'm still in the recovering mode, but I can't wait to experience the same thing you are. BTW, what gym do you belong to? Even though I'm on the other side of town I need to join one, but I have several degenerated disks so I need someplace that I can get help with training. Any suggestions? Best regards, Noreen

I go to lady fitness in North Miami. they will give you two free training sessions when you start. I let him know ahead of time that I couldn't be doing to much crazy stuff. They can really work a persons ass off. Just walking on the treadmill can cause me to sweat like crazy. Keep me in touch and I hope your test goes well.

Way to go Rina!!!!! I waited 1-2 months even longer to work on the abs. Mine was tender, but then 2 months out I had my gall bladder removed too. Now I can work on the abs, but I was easy on them at first, so I agree with your being careful. Way to go too on the work outs, it really does make a difference. I worked with a trainer for a year with free weights and cardio. Now I am doing kung fu 2 times a week to keep toned and fit and mobile. Its amazing!! I am so excited for you....you are an inspiration!!! hugs, Tami

In case you didn't get my email. Thanks for the support. I'm trying really hard to make this work out. Those trainers can work a persons ass off. I'm not ready for the spinners classes yet. Still to fat for it. I'll be out of breath. That's great you are having fun and kicking butt. I'm scared of you!!!
