Well it is time for a monthly update again. I can't believe it has been 5 months. Wow how time flies. I have so much more energy since I have been on synthroid. My current weight is 152 lbs. That is a loss of 75 lbs since surgery and a grand total of 100 lbs. I can get my century card now. Only 7 more pounds until I reach my goal. I would love to meet that by the end of next month. So I have to keep up the work. I feel so much better, with so much more energy. Clothes fit so well and it is nice to shop now. I will post pictures soon. Later.

Angie, Wow, you have done fantastic, to be that close to goal in 5 months I could only wish at this point. I can't wait until I can buy some new clothes but I have so many sizes it will be a while before I don't have anything to wear. I know as they get to big this time I am getting rid of all but one or two outfits, just as a reminder of where I don't ever want to be again. Again, congratulations and I bet you make your goal by the end of next month, keep up the good work. Patty

Wow!! Congrats to you on ur huge weightloss in so little time. I am 8 months out and around 10-15lb away from goal, started out at 230 and now down to 141 (-89lb). I know how excited u must feel, I feel the same, not only because of the weightloss and smaller sizes in clothes, but for the overall energy I have and how much healthier I feel. It's amazing the little things we took for granted in life b4 our surgery, we really take seriously now, and also the self esteem this has given us. I thank gd every day for allowing me to have the surgery and pray that I am able to keep off the weight, that's the bottom line, losing it is easy, let's hope the keeping it off isnt too much of a challenge for us. Congrats again and keep up the good work. Do u excersise? Regards, joanne
