Holy camoly Alexa! Ya know you were the first name Charlie mentioned when she described the changes in people. That picture is gorgeous! You should ask Charlie to help you make it you mb photo--at least put it in your signiture or something. Remember back in Orlando how we talked about how fun it would be to take you out shopping? I bet you are having a blast. Being young and adorable is much more fun than young and MO. congratulations!

Charlie, I like your idea about multiple sessions! I wish Alix Landman had printouts of her powerpoint presentation. Those were the things I was trying to jot down and just couldn't write fast enough!! I'm like you, I need info on what & how to eat and get in my supplements. I saw my gastric bypass surgeon today for my 18 month follow-up visit. He is very pleased with my progress and warned me to plan my snacks ahead of time so I don't just "forage" if I get hungry between meals. Good advice, but what I really need to know is WHAT I should stock for those snacks. I also agree with you about vendors. I was disappointed that there were not more vendors. There were fewer than last year in Orlando. I understand Susan Maria was on vacation but dang, since we were in Ft. Lauderdale couldn't she have sent some employees to man a table? I was hoping to buy some more Bariatric Advantage vitamins & iron from her, hopefully at a discount, but if not, I would at least be able to save the shipping cost. NO such luck. Hopefully there will be more vendors at the next conference. I'll e-mail Monica with suggestions, too. Vickie J.
