I'm 4 weeks out and I seem to be hungary. Also I feel like my stomach holds more 2 oz. I've only lost 20lbs. Does this seem right ? My weight before surgery was 241.

some people do get hungry. The difference is head hunger and real hunger. Our bodies are different. Be sure to get in your 60-80 grams of protein and your water. That will help. There is alot to adjust too and it takes time. Just don't give in, stick to your food plan, work on walking, and as I've said get that protein and water in. Protein keeps you filled longer. '20 bs lost is great...keep up the good work. It will keep coming off, remember, protein, fruits and vegetables, no carbs....not even little ones. Wait till after your first 6 months! Blessings, Tami

That really is Tammy is correct on the head hungries....you are going through withdrawal and mourning of the "loss" or temporary loss of food.....concentrate as much as you can on other things to keep you busy...while still focusing on keeping your liquids and schedule on time. I know it's hard but as soon as you "graduate" things will be a tiny bit better. Hugs and congrats on the weightloss!!!
