Preop appointment today and preadmission tests tomorrow!

I'm more nervous now than ever before!! Mainly worrying that something is going to happen where they will have to postpone my surgery. Y'all cross your fingers and toes! Betty

Hi Angeles - I saw Dr. Lord yesterday at 3:30 pm for my preop visit with him. Today I had to go do the preadmission stuff, lab work, etc. Good luck on your appt today. Is this your initial consult with him? My sister went with me yesterday because I wanted her to meet Dr. Lord prior to my surgery and at the end of my appointment he told us to go on up to the bariatric ward and take a look around. We did and everyone up there was sooooooooo nice. They gave we a short tour.....showed me one of the rooms, etc. I didn't stay but just a few minutes because I didn't want to get in the way, but I told them I'd be back on the 22nd! Betty
