Moving to Ormond Beach area

Hi Florida Group My name is Martha, and I live in Columbus, Georgia. I had my WLS on 12/17/04, I was 240 lbs. I am now at 134 lbs and below goal weight. My husband is looking into a job in Ormond Beach, so we might be moving. I would love to hear from anyone in this area that can tell me about it as well as about WLS meetings in the area. I'm a quilter and scrapbooker. Love to hear from you Martha

Well welcome to the area...I live in Ormond by the Sea. Its a really nice area. my husband and I have been here since aug of 2003. What kind of work is your husband looking into? My husband is almost done with the prelimenary test so that he can be approved for the WLS. Hopefully it all goes through. I havent contacted the meeting director int he area yet.
