psychiatric eval

Hey has any one here in jax visited dr.kisnad for there psychiatric eval. or who would you reccomend.

ooo Psych eval time!!! Good luck on that! Just remember to be relaxed.. I've had one before.. not for my surgery mind you.. but my doc was really nice.. she is in GA though =\ Speaking of that.... does my evaluation that will be requiered have to be within a certian time? ... cause the one I had done was about hmm not quite 2 years ago.... I just hate to get more tests done than I need to.

What does the psych eval consist of??? I've heard some many different things, like you have to answer essay questions, you have to answer 50 to 100 question relating to family history, drugs, depression and things like that....anyone has any info they can provide? AJ
