Well I had my primary call the surgeons office directly today to find out what was REALLY going on... it was... well... umm... enlightening. PCP had confirmation of the 9 pages being faxed over, and was trying to get down to understanding what was needed. Come to find out that it's not a friggin letter i'm waiting for- i need to get more records for Dr. Rehnke even if they're pre-'04. the surgeons office could have just said to do that O.o

Gosh after reading further about your problems I agree there is something wrong. I didn't realize all that was going on! Okay I would be raising holy H@LL at this point. I would be livid if I had to re-do ONE test there is no reason for that!

If you are not getting the answers you need or the response in a timely fashion, then perhaps you need to look at making a change. You need to trust the surgeon performing surgery on you and know with confidence that they will be there when you need them post-operatively. I know that the surgeons at our hospital would not do this to you. Drs. Gordon and Gonzalvo are there when you need them and they return calls as do their office staff. They operate out of Morton Plant Hospital. If you are interested in contacting them let me know and I will give you their contact information. Julie
