Home from the hospital

Hi everyone. Wanted to thank everyone who wished me well with my surgery. Everything did go well. Went in Monday morning and came home yesterday (Wednesday) with no major issues. When I got to my room Monday after the surgery, my stomach was very upset all day. They alternated one med from another trying to get that issue resolved. I didn't feel like watching tv or even having visitors..just very aggitated. Definitely was NOT hungry for anything...that was a good feeling after the abuse of the fleet I had to take the day before surgery. Now that stuff is just plain ole nasty. I feel great today. No pain and have a good amount of energy. I am so excited to be on my new journey to a healthier me. Talk to everyone soon! Laurie

I am glad everything went smoothly and was uneventful. I am glad you are feeling well but remember you went through a major surgery so just take it easy and take good care of yourself! Congrats!
