preparing paperwork for insurance

The good news is that my insurance will cover surgery.... hallaluja... and God is working to help me get this done. Now my question is.... I have read other's profiles and read letters that they have written to insurance companies but unfortunately I wasn't smart enough to cut and paste them or bookmark them for easy reference. So if any of ya'll have letters you'd like to share or remember someone else who had good ones please direct me!!! Thanks for all ya'lls help!

I received some sample letters from my surgeon's office. Check the websites for Surgical Group of Gainesville and North Florida Regional Medical Center's Center for Obesity Treatment and Surgery. I believe they have info you can download. I hope this will be helpful to you.
