Good news! Bad News:(

O.K. I'll say it because I've never said it on this board before.... I'M APPROVED That bad news is, it's not for my revision. It's for my panniculectomy, which my surgeon decided I wasn't going to be able to have done right now. I was going to try and have a revision, panni, and hernia repair all at once. But surgeon said hernia was too big and that it would be too much surgery. So I was going to wait and just lose all I could and have all my plastics at the end. I did get some good news on my revision saga. I had to see my PCP today and found out that my surgeon has called her to be a part of the peer to peer review...like a 3-way call. This is GREAT because I have been seeing my PCP on a monthly basis since Sept. 2004 and she totally on my side and knows my history better than my surgeon. They are calling to do the review on Wednesday. So hopfully by the end of the week I will be posting I'm approved for the right surgery! Today...big WOW moment...I was able to weigh on the regular scale with the big weight on 250.

Not quite that much...I was able to have the big weight only have to be put on the 250 then the top one was on 45lb for 295. But I can't even remember the last time I was able to weigh like that in a doctors office. It was such an awesome goal to be able to weigh on those types of scales again to begin with and now, I'm a knotch under the highest. Sarah
