What is an EPO

I have an EPO. The best way I can describe it to you is that an EPO has the benefits of the POS and PPO but at HMO prices. In other words you don't need referrals, you can see who ever you want whenever you want without having to go see your primary care doctor for permission and a referral and you pay HMO prices, like small co pays and they pay 100% coverage for just about everything.
