Are you ready to Zumba???

I am very excited about the OH conference in Fort Lauderdale on August 19th. I have wanted to try Zumba but didn't know where or how. Since my RNY in 2000 I am continually looking for new and fun ways to exercise. Zumba sounds like fun. Has anyone done Zumba yet? It is supposed to be like latin jazzercize. Thanks OH for bringing something new and interesting. The speakers look great and Monica is always an inspiration. See you soon. Paula
