HI AMY How have you done since your surgery? I remember when you were getting ready for it. I'm fine thanks, cooking a turkey today. I love the smell of it cooking and its good protein. Take it easy !

Good Morning Priscilla, Hope you have a great Sunday. It is sunny here in North FLA too. I plan on getting ready for the upcoming work week and hopefully relaxing a bit. I have been going a little batty getting ready for my surgery in less than two weeks. (cleaning, organizing, etc.) Take care too, Joanne

Joanne I send you well wishes for your WLS!!! I know what you mean getting cleaning and things in order before surgery. There are always so many things to do. You will get it done. But make sure you can relax too! Priscilla

Good morning to you too Priscilla! The sun is out here on the other coast too. It has been pretty darn rainy here the past few days. I'm watching tennisand then going furniture shopping and then playing golf--if it doesn't start raining again.
