Wow.....it said i am normal .....that has to be a first ........
i just checked my bmi and it said normal .i think i am in shock . this has been a heck of a journey. along the way i have been blessed to meet some wonderful people and find the real me that was slowly dying under all that weight and not really living . wow what a diffrence it makes having lost just over 238 pounds . i still dont realize it is me in the mirror . i also find that i have no idea how to shop for clothes and forget trying to wear make-up . but i guess i will figure out something .anyone have any tips feel free to pass them on . my pic that i posted here was from a x-mas party bought a dress and at the last minute decided i could not go because did not want to look stupid . glad that my kids made me go .i hope everyone has a great day .

Congrats Tina on the great weight loss you have experienced. Plan a day for you....go to Macy's cosmetics, Merle Norman, Mary Kay party or something similar...and they will be happy to instruct you about makeup application. It's fun, too.....and whether you buy or not, just go to stores to try on clothes...discover your new style before putting out the $$. I did a lot of thrift store shopping during my weight loss. You look terrific.

Tina that is an awesome weightloss....congratulations. If you are still loosing don't buy expensive clothing and makeup application will come with practice. Make a habit to put it on everyday even of you are staying in. Definetly get some instruction by someone in the dept store or you can find a salon that will give you private instruction. Again congrats on your major weightloss, we had our surgery a few weeks apart.
