Exercising from Head to Toe There was mention of meeting at Chili's after the meeting (3:15 pm) to continue meeting discussion, socialize, and/or just catch up with one other for those who may be interested. At our Last meeting we had 9 in attendance and played "Weight Loss 101 Jeopardy". All attending indicating that they learned something that they had not known before which was amazing since half of the attendees were 2+ years out.
