Ok I had surgery June 19th with Dr. Kim -Celebration Hospital. Everything went well, but I was really tired when I got back home. Each day I feel better. The only thing that's hard for me is breakfast hahhaha I can't stand eggs and I'm so used to having my cereal and milk every morning. I know that I can't have cereal anymore. Tomorrow is my follow up appt with Dr.Kim I'm so excited. I still have a little pain on my left side. Gotta go take good care and I want to thank all of you for your support and sharing your experience. God bless and have a happy 4th of July, Heidi

Congratulations and welcome to the losers bench. I love milk and cereal for breakfast too. I am just now able to eat it again. I am 3 months post op. I found the high protien/low carb Special K and I let all the milk soak up in the flakes. It has been wonderful to have cereal again.
