3 month update
Well it has been 3 months. It has truely been great. I feel so much better. Even though last week I was really tired, I am still glad I did this. I had my lab values checked last week, because of the fatigue. Everything came back good. I guess I am just tired from being overworked. But that all ends today. Today is my last day until 8/7. This is why I love teaching (summer vacations). I still am not eating meat. I just don't like it anymore and I would rather have fruit and veggies instead. I am drinking protein shakes though. The weight loss has slowed but that is to be expected. I love all of the compliments. I have lost 52 lbs since surgery for a total of 77 since the beginning of this journey. Well Angie, your doing good too. BUT where's the Bikini pics? LOL. Ok Ok.
Is that all meats you don't like right now or just beef? How about fishes.
I can't stand fish not even Tuna salad. But I do like Shrimp. Eggs are also
a good source of Iron, which is one reason, lack of makes you tired.

Oh, there want be any bikini pictures anytime soon, two kids ruined that a long time ago. As for meats I don't mind the taste it is just the texture of them in my mouth after I have chewed them to oblivion before I can swallow. I do eat it occasionally. Especially ground beef in soups or chili. Fish is OK, I just don't get it all of the time. I love shrimp, but again I don't get it all the time. As for the youngins, I don't teach them. I would probably lose my mind. I do the nursery at the church once a month and that is enough of kids. My two are enough. I work with adults, who might I say are as bad as kids sometimes. Is is funny how they regress when they go back to school. But you are right God Bless those that do work with our youngins, it is just not me.
