Hello everyone! How are you all? I have been away for a few months dealing with some family matters. Popped in and read some of the posts tonight. I have missed coming here but spent most of my computer time doing research. Anyway...It is good to see several people that I know still around. Lori you look wonderful! Keep up the good work! Terrieberrie You didn't tell me about Jacob. Poor guy! Hope he is doing all better now. How long was he in the cast? We miss you at the meetings!!! COME BACK.......PWEASE!!!! I hope to be around for a while but will be going out of town again midweek so I can go to a specialist appt. with my daughter and grandson. I promise I will try not to drop out of sight again! Welcome back Kathy, your OH family will always be here for you. Yes I've been moving along this past year and progressing with even some set backs. But I'm very positive still everything will be turning out for a better & healthier me. I'm happy with the results so far too. 50+ pounds lost since May 10th and a total of over 95 pounds since last Christmas! Hubba Hubba. The energies are increasing too. Take care, Mike

Hi, Thanks I need all the prayers I can get. My mom's an RN works night shifts too...has for the 10 years she has been a nurse...wouldn't work anything else. Best wishes!!! Sarah
